xe888 Terms and Conditions of Platform Use

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User") and xe888 ("Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, using any service, or accessing content on the xe888 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions contained in this Agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are asked not to proceed with registration or use of the platform. Continued use of this platform after any change to the terms takes effect is considered acceptance of the updated terms.

Use of the xe888 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be fully met before registration is approved:

• Users must be at least 21 years of age at the date of registration.
• Users must be in a location or jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited or does not violate applicable local laws.
• Users may not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of any xe888 employee or related company.
• Users must register using their own true and verifiable personal identity, not on behalf of a third party.
• Users may not hold more than one active account on this platform at any time.
• Users who have previously been subject to self-exclusion are not eligible to register a new account.

Each user is only permitted to hold one registered account on the xe888 platform. Registering multiple accounts, whether using the same or different information, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these terms.

During registration, users are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including full name, mobile phone number, active email address and any required identification details. xe888 reserves the right to request copies of identity verification documents such as MyKad for compliance and fraud prevention purposes.

Users are fully responsible for keeping their account password confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered your own action unless you promptly report any unauthorised access to the xe888 support team.

xe888 accepts deposits via selected local payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian users. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is RM50. Accepted deposit methods include:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow
• Online banking via FPX (including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and other local banks)
• ShopeePay
• Cryptocurrency — USDT, BTC, ETH

All deposits made must originate from a financial account registered in the user's own name. xe888 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits originating from unlisted methods or unverifiable sources may be returned or withheld.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 for all methods. Withdrawals are typically processed within 10 to 45 minutes after the request is submitted and verification is complete.

To process a withdrawal, users are required to complete all wagering requirements associated with any bonus received. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to an account verified in the user's name.

xe888 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals for legal compliance purposes, identity verification, or if suspicious activity is detected on the related account. In such cases, the support team will contact the user directly.

xe888 offers various promotions and bonuses to registered users. Each bonus is subject to specific wagering requirements that must be met before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

First Deposit Bonus: New users are eligible to receive a first deposit bonus of 150% up to a maximum of RM888. The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount received.

For the maximum bonus: Deposit RM1,200 → Bonus RM888 → Balance RM2,088 → Wagering requirement: RM888 × 20 = RM17,760 must be wagered.

The xe888 VIP programme offers weekly cashback based on membership tier — Bronze (up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.7%), Platinum (up to 1.0%), and Diamond (up to 1.2%). Tier advancement is determined by the user's wagering activity over time.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• xe888 reserves the right to cancel any bonus obtained through illegitimate means or promotion abuse.
• Bonuses that are not used within the specified period will expire automatically.
• Users who combine multiple accounts to obtain additional bonuses will be found to have violated these terms.

Users of the xe888 platform are required to behave courteously and responsibly at all times. The following actions are specifically prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination:

• Fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity using this platform.
• Use of automation software, bots, or other technical methods to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempts to hack, disrupt, or compromise the technical operations of the platform.
• Abuse of promotions or bonuses, including opening multiple accounts for the purpose of accumulating bonuses.
• Abusive behaviour, threats, or inappropriate language directed at any xe888 support staff.
• Sharing login credentials or allowing others to use your account.

xe888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or at the user's own request.

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Valid balances in the account will be processed for withdrawal subject to compliance with all applicable conditions.

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, xe888 reserves the right to withhold or cancel any bonuses whose wagering requirements have not been fulfilled, and may also withhold the balance pending further investigation.

The xe888 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty that the service will always be available without interruption, free from errors, or will meet specific user requirements. xe888 is not liable for any financial losses incurred as a result of betting decisions.

xe888 is not responsible for technical disruptions, system failures, or unauthorised access that are beyond the platform's reasonable control. Users are advised not to store unnecessary sensitive information in their accounts.

xe888 is committed to responsible gambling practices. The platform provides self-help tools for users who wish to manage their betting habits, including options to set deposit limits, betting limits, or to apply for self-exclusion for a specified period.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which xe888 holds its international operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement will be resolved through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) calendar days before any other proceedings are initiated.

If resolution through negotiation fails, both parties agree to resolve the dispute through arbitration or in court under the applicable laws of the platform's licensing jurisdiction.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of this Agreement will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which will continue in full force and effect.
